These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wk71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wk71 website located at https://wk71.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the wk71 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature available on the site, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity.
• wk71 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using third-party KYC services.
• Accounts found to contain false information are subject to immediate suspension and fund forfeiture.
• wk71 does not accept accounts from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

wk71 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. wk71 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match the name on your wk71 account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

wk71 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These offer-specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Bonuses are credited to your account for legitimate recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.

You agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to wk71 or other users of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerability in the wk71 platform or its games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing limits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wk71 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your wk71 account through your payment provider.

wk71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

You may request the voluntary closure of your wk71 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

• Accounts suspended for suspected fraud will not have balances released until investigations are concluded.
• Accounts closed for breach of these Terms will have bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Real-money balances in a closed account that have not been derived from fraudulent activity will be returned.
• wk71 will provide reasons for account suspension upon request where it is safe and legal to do so.

wk71 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously.
